The job specification forms the basis for systematically analyzing the relevant market. In addition we outline the general framework, the recruitment process, the costs and the projected duration of the recruitment project.

Qualified candidates are contacted directly after prior consultation with yourselves. This may have been as a result of discrete advertising.
