Because of increasing demand of technical staff potential candidates are not forced to read advertisements or to apply actively for a new position - high potentials are normally even not thinking about a job change, although many companies offer interesting positions with international touch and responsibility.

Medium sized companies and even larger ones who are not in the direct focus of our target group are familiarised with the fact that job advertisements show no effect at all, active applications are exceptions.
